Reading whether the agent may read your documents…

When you, or someone you share it with, ask about one of your documents from beside it, the agent can read it. What it reads is sent to Google’s Gemini, which writes the agent’s answers. Google keeps what it’s sent, and what it answers, for 55 days, to check for abuse and for any disclosure the law requires, and its authorized staff may review it. It doesn’t train its models on it, apart from the models that enforce its policy.

With your OK, we record the pages you open, where you click, load times, errors and your IP address, and replay one visit in ten. What you write and type stays masked, apart from an error’s message, which can occasionally quote it. We keep most of what we record for up to 30 days, groups of errors for up to a year after one last happens, and a replay we need to fix a fault for up to 15 months. An anonymous id stays in a cookie for up to a year. We use what we record to fix faults and slow pages. Privacy policy
